Delete your account

For people who signed in with Google in Snapout. If you never signed in, there is no account: uninstall the app and everything on your phone is gone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Snapout, go to Settings, then Delete my data, and confirm. This deletes your account on our server and everything Snapout stores on your phone. It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from any address with the subject "Delete my Snapout account", and write the name that shows on your Google profile. We will delete the matching account and reply when it is done. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your name and Google account ID.
• Your invite code and your friendships, on both sides.
• Your daily reel counts.
• The install record of the phone you signed in on.

Ordinary server request logs (such as IP address and time) are not tied to your account and are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Purchases of Snapout Pro are handled by Google Play and are not affected. To cancel a subscription, see the refund policy.
